As a child I led a very active lifestyle participating in a variety of sports including football, cricket and rugby. The passion for these sports drove me to where I am today.
At the age of 16 I joined my first gym weighing only 64kg with the main goal of adding some quality muscle mass and strength. It was shortly after that I realised I wanted to take my passion for sport and exercise and make it a career, by studying a BTEC National Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science at College. I then went on to further my knowledge at Manchester Metropolitan University, studying Sport Coaching & Development whilst working part-time at my local leisure centre. Here I was able to gain my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification as well as a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.
In 2012 I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to lifeguard the Olympic & Paralympic Games in London, which gave me inspiration to work with competitive athletes. Since this point in time I have assisted a number of professional sportsman with their strength and conditioning including Team GB Basketball players, Professional Boxers and a Team GB Paralympian.
I currently run a successful online Personal Training business offering Tailored Nutrition Plans and Training Programs, as well as delivering 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions in my local Gyms. My demand for Tailored Nutrition Plans has led me to work alongside Team GB Track Athletes as well as Premiership Rugby players.
Within my own training my current goals are to add quality muscle mass whilst remaining lean and photoshoot ready for any fitness or fashion shoots that may arise.
