
Ocean Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
(makes 2 bowls)
- Banana
- 2 kiwis
- 1/2 mango
- Passion fruit
- 40g vegan protein powder
- 30g cashew nuts
- 150ml water
- 100ml almond milk
- 2 tsp spirulina powder
PREPARATION:
Peel the fruits and mix with almond milk and water. Add a teaspoon of spirulina, cashew nuts and protein powder and mix again. Put the smoothie in a bowl. Mix two tablespoons of the smoothie in a separate bowl with another spoonful of spirulina, then add to the bowl and stir a little. Garnish the bowl with fruits, cinnamon, sesame and nuts, and serve.
