HEALTHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BARS
- 1 tin of chickpeas (drained and washed)
- 40g peanut butter
- 40g dates
- 100g pureed carrots
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 baking powder
- 50g dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
- 1 tbsp Whey Protein French Vanilla
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Blend all ingredients, except for the chocolate, with a food processor into a tough dough. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add half of them to the dough. Spread the dough in a baking tin lined with baking paper or in a silicone mould and sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate and a little more sea salt.
Then put the whole thing in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the dough is slightly golden on the top, but still sticky inside. Let cool and cut into bars.
