HASELnut PANCAKES with blueberries

(makes 6 pancakes)

  • 20g of flour
  • 40g Formula 80 Vanilla
  • 40g ground hazelnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup/rice
  • syrup/erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of almond milk
  • Handful of blueberries


Beat eggs and mix with flour, protein powder, hazelnuts, baking powder and maple syrup (or other sweetener). Add a splash of almond milk and stir until a nice, creamy batter is formed. Fold in the blueberries. Fry the pancakes in oil, e.g. coconut oil.

Serve with blueberries and maple syrup.
