Clean Chocolate Almond Cookies

  • 200g buckwheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g coconut oil
  • 100g xylitol light
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 40% Protein Chocolate Almond Bar
  • 40g dark chocolate


Mix the buckwheat flour, eggs, coconut oil, sugar and baking powder together in a bowl. Cut the bar into small pieces and fold into the dough. Line the baking tray with baking paper and use a teaspoon to spread the batter onto it (max. 9 cookies per sheet, as they will expand a lot). Bake the cookies at 180°C for approx. 15 minutes. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and pour over the cooled cookies.
