CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

(for 12 pieces)

  • 4 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 80g Formula 80 chocolate
  • 30g ground nuts
  • 30g buckwheat flour

PREPARATION:

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Mix the banana pulp and eggs with a whisk. Add the buckwheat flour, nuts and protein powder and stir again. Then add the cocoa powder, baking powder, maple syrup and coconut oil and stir well once again. Put the dough in a greased loaf pan (30 x 11.5) and bake for approx. 40 minutes at 180°C.

For the topping, I recommend peanut butter, berries and seeds.
