BAKED TURMERIC COCONUT PROTEIN ZUCCHINI OATS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 80g oat flakes
  • 1 grated courgette
  • 1 egg
  • 30g Whey Protein French Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp coarse desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Finely grate the courgette with a grater. Then wrap in a tea towel and squeeze out the liquid. Mix with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and place in a baking dish. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Then let it cool and divide into portions.
