At Multipower's research and development laboratory, nutritionists and diet experts work together to provide the finest products on the market.

New recipes are developed by the team on the basis of the latest scientific findings, while others are optimised or have to be adapted to new requirements. The current range amounts to approximately 400 recipes with a further 500 stored in the archives.

Testing is key

Research and development is not just about innovation. The entire process from selection of ingredients to the labelling of products is extremely important. One major part of the process is testing. Trial productions, stability, efficacy and taste tests are carried out to ensure the highest quality for all of our products.

Constant development

When it comes to raw materials and biochemical processes, the landscape is continually evolving. Around 30 raw materials are replaced in our product range every year and almost 100 recipes are newly developed or revised.

Outside influences

Thanks to our partnership with elite athletes such as Ben Foden (Northampton Saints and England Full Back), Fran Halsall (Swimmer), Will Clarke (Triathlete) and the Olympic Training Centre in Hamburg we gain valuable insight from the needs and requirements of professional sports people. This is essential for our work and both the athletes' experiences as well as the latest scientific knowledge contribute to Atlantic Multipower's product innovation.
